As instructed, he never laid eyes on her and had her raised in seclusion, issuing a proclamation that whoever married the princess would receive a hefty reward, but must leave the kingdom immediately. Yet, no suitor came, for fear gripped the hearts of all—a testament to the power of superstition.

Enter a poor blind man led by a hunchback, strangers to the city and desperation their only guide. Upon learning of the King’s offer, the blind man, weary of poverty’s cruel sting, saw an opportunity wrapped in risk—a chance to embrace wealth, even if for a fleeting moment before an untimely end welcomed him to eternal rest.

The blind man’s acceptance was met with haste, and the bewildering royal affair was conducted. With a bride at his side and a fortune in his grasp, the blind man embarked on a new life, casting off the shackles of destitution, guided by hope and the loyal hunchback.

Tragedy, however, lurked in the shadows. The loveless union birthed a treacherous bond between the three-breasted princess and the hunchback. A deadly plan was hatched—a venomous dish meant as the blind man’s last supper.
